Yoga is an amazing tool to prevent injuries and correct compensation patterns that form from our daily lives.
Anyone can do yoga. There are all levels; it’s not about touching your toes, but about studying oneself, allowing harmony in and having a positive quality of life.
Mentally and Spiritually when we quiet our mind, we learn to listen to our breath, allow breath to initiate our movement, and expand from the inside out to build strength, and flexibility. When we enhance these skills on the mat, strength, and flexibility begins to show up into our lives, off the mat in real life situations.
