It feels like time is flying, and here we are in December!

Do you notice the Seasonal shift from Fall to Winter? The weather is colder and wetter; the daylight hours become less. The season has shifted, but how about our bodies?

Check in with your body right now:

➡️ How does it feel?

➡️ Do you feel agile and strong?

➡️ Dry or damp/heavy?

➡️ Do you have energy, or do you feel tired?

Do you feel any added stress? You may blame the holiday season for all the added commitments but let’s look at what the Winter season brings to the table.

Winter is a time of reflection, and it is a profound practice to schedule some quiet time, and by filling your cup, you will be more present and able to enjoy the festivities, your friends, and your family entirely. (Or tolerate better 😂)

➡️ Bundle up (if you live in a cold Winter place) and go for a walk in Nature.

➡️ Find an exercise that heats you from the inside out.

Check in that with all the hustle and bustle:

➡️ Are you still aligned with your goals and values that matter most to you in your life? Or did you push them aside?

➡️ What is most important to you?

As mentioned earlier, time flies, and we don’t want to wake up in 10 years lost or unable to live the Quality of Life we desire. We must know what we want and take day-to-day actions and decisions to align with our big picture.
