There are many different diets these days: keto, paleo, vegetarian, vegan, S.A.D., Mediterranean, etc. Each can be useful for certain people; however, depending on your unique constitution, some diets can be a significant disservice.
By tuning in to what is going on in your body and using nature as a tool, it gives us lots of information on how to eat to reap the nutritional benefits. Hitting up your local farmer’s markets or looking for local and seasonal foods is a great start.
Go deeper by learning how to check into your body and notice what foods allow you to thrive and which do not. Some may cause inflammation for you, and for others, the same food can help them build muscle.
