What do you want in your life from this Season?

From March to June, do you have something you want to achieve, whether a personal goal, decision, or self-development?

This can be small but aligns with your core values and perhaps a larger goal.

The small decisions and goals create your life.

I like to create seasonal goals. Time flies, and I want to be the pilot of my life.

This Spring, I will have more present moments.

How will I do this?

At least once a day, I will tune into my senses, notice what I see around me, tune into the smells now, good or bad, I will listen more to what is around me, I will feel into my body and notice what it is asking for and tune into the tastes of my food more closely.

This slight adjustment to stay present in my day makes anxiety melt away.

Anxiety is our thoughts in the future. We are making up scenarios of what could happen or, in our minds, what will happen. We create the stress in our minds.

The more present moments, the less anxiety!
